If a session wasn’t right for you, you can get your money back.

• 100% back. You get the full price you paid for your most recent session.
• Within 30 days. Ask within 30 days of the session.
• One session at a time. The guarantee covers only your most recent session. It doesn’t cover earlier sessions, and it can’t be applied to several sessions at once.
• How to ask. Use the contact form and include the name and date of the booking. You don’t have to give a reason.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.

Your complimentary first session has no charge, so there is nothing to refund.

Cancellations

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session, and any payment will be refunded in full if you cancel.

Sessions canceled less than 24 hours ahead, and missed sessions, aren’t refunded. The Money-Back Guarantee applies to sessions that took place.
